18 months

Kyan turned 18 months old this week, on December 15. On Friday 12/17 he had his 18 month check-up. I'm very thankful that he is healthy and that all went well. He weighed in at 30 pounds and is 34" tall. That is quite a ways from 8# 2 oz and 20.5". I'm glad I don't gain 22 pounds in a year and a half, but that is pretty darn cool for him. :-)

A couple of photos from the past couple of days... we have had several rainy days in a row - pretty unheard of. And Kyan wants to be out in it. When we had a little break earlier this weekend, I let him go for it. He decided to hop in his pool and splash around ~ until he got down on all fours and tried to drink the water. Then it was back inside to a warm bath and jammy time.





Tonight, he thought he would be quite the clown in his rain boots with his jammies, as he jammed on his Elmo karaoke machine. Rock on, little Kyan!
